Robin Dewey, MPH has more than 25 years of experience in curriculum development and training. As a senior trainer with the University of California, Berkeley, Robin has developed a wide range of training programs for companies and organizations throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe. Robin's focus ensures training programs and curriculum are developed to meet the needs of a wide range of learning styles, modalities and mediums using participatory educational methods. In addition to her training expertise, Robin has worked in house in law firms and has extensive experience in project management and process evaluation.
Eric Dewey, MBA is an expert in driving growth and market penetration in professional service firms. His experience includes the chief marketing executive roles in four law firms including two AmLaw 200 law firms and the largest plaintiffs’ securities class action firm in the U.S. With over 25 years of marketing and business development experience in the legal, financial services and commercial real estate industries, Dewey brings executive level leadership, sound business judgment, innovative strategies and a breadth of practical knowledge to his engagements.
Bruce Heintz is an expert in Client Retention, Expansion and Key Account Management, along with the tools for achieving these, including Client Research, Interviews and Feedback Systems. He started and headed the global law firms practice at one of the Big Four accounting firms. He has worked with more than 30 of the AmLaw 100 and many other law firms, and has conducted client interviews at more than 350 organizations, including 50 Fortune 100 companies. His work results in an honest and balanced picture about how a client really feels about the firm, its lawyers the work provided – and identifies high-payoff ways to expand the relationship.
